I build AI systems end-to-end: hybrid retrieval (dense + BM25 + reranking) with a separate business-ranking layer, local RAG over private documents exposed as an MCP server, and style-controlled content generation. I start with data and quality evaluation, not with a framework — so we know the system delivers before a user ever sees it.

I roll out AI inside an enterprise organization: I design GenAI/RAG architectures, build MCP servers connecting agents to documents, e-mail and knowledge bases, and automate Word and Excel documents with language models. I also run four AI workshops of my own design — for developers, decision makers, vibecoders and beginners — and ship AI pipelines in Langflow with Langfuse observability.

I design and build complete e-commerce platforms: bazarty.com in two architectures — a Supabase variant with Vinted-style escrow and an extended multi-tenant one on Payload CMS + MongoDB with Stripe Connect — plus the FERMENT store with a real Stripe checkout and Furgonetka courier integration. I also do pure brand-driven web design: the architekton GDA rental site with an interactive location map and a CMS panel took seven screenshot-reviewed layout iterations.
